I still root for the team but my expectations for this year have certainly come down to earth with meteoric speed
I cheered through the 2010’s. I ain’t goin nowhere.
It’s not the worst thing to have this sort of adversity at this point in the season. Plenty of time to sort things out and/or make a move or two.
Like Rod mentioned, lots of guys playing up right now, hopefully this experience will pay dividends in May/June
Is it aggravating? Yes. Will I watch ever single game this year? Well I haven’t missed one yet!
Also the plus side right now is we get to see our prospects called up and they get some real valuable experience. Nystrom looks great, and we really a sniper that Nadeau hopefully pans out to be.
it almost feels nostalgic to say:

I’m a sucker for this team, so I’ll be here no matter what.
The energy in the stadium last night took a nosedive. Maybe they should just not play hockey in 1st period so they can play better in the 3rd…. if this running out of steam thing is going to continue 🥴
