  17. Why they had such a conservative game plan for Carolina was baffling, if not negligent. Put your 4 WR weapons on the field and spread out the defense! No defense in the league can cover all 4 them at once. Take quick easy completions to the wide open man. Keep them spread out and their safeties deep. Then run draw plays into huge open running lanes that will create. Then take your shots downfield. Bowles played the "analytics" game of Carolina's bad record when teams ran at least 30 times. Well, it failed.

  19. I REALLY hope Mike comes back for one more year so the new OC can have 4 upper-tier WR weapons to torment defenses with. It will be fun to watch. This staff is not gong to to do that, sadly.

  20. Lol his logic doesn’t make sense. Probably why the players have zero confidence or respect for his ability to call the right plays. 🙄🤦🏽‍♂️

  21. I definitely think that we should marry the run with the pass game. It's a big reason why I prefer under center formations; or if it's in shotgun using the Pistol formation or Pony formation w 3 wide receivers (NO TEs).

    I just don't see 4 wide shotgun favoring us w our interior line as it is now. And I'd love to see in those 3 wr sets rotating our guys so there fresh and able to put pressure on the secondary. When our yards after catch is incorporated into the play design, it makes us that more explosive.

    Just gotta play 4 quarters of high energy, focus and high execution football. We have the talent, just got to make the plays come to life,

  24. This Josh G seems like a really nice guy and I feel bad to say what most fans are saying …but it's time for a change. I truly think Josh will do so much better with Liam Coen in Jacksonville.

  25. Running Buckey Up the middle with NO blocking?? RIGHT! You have the #1 wide receive and the only pass he can get is a 30 yrd outlet pass??? Todd Bowles defense can't stop the run or the pass.And DEFINITELY can't sack anybody. We're in big trouble with this Grizzard offense.

  27. Yeah, yeah … we hear it every week from 95% of NFL coaches, “ established the run game, so the passing game opens up.” This wide receiver group has so much talent. No secondary in the NFL can reciprocate the talent of 1-4 on this team. Tez would be a threat as well if you’d actually let him run a route downfield. It’s not illegal to pass him the ball on the other side of the line of scrimmage.

  28. we really need a different OC – he is happy to run that much with a WR team that is second to none – we will never win with a defensive mindset like this – time of posssion – I really dont care if we score each time in 3 passes ….. Andf it sounds we are not focusing on our strenghts rather on the strength of the other team – again defensive mindset

  29. These coaches all know the players aren't capable of winning, they also know they're all going to get fired. Baker Shitsfield is going to cost the coaches their job.
