The NBA missed a potential Christmas Day Matchup gem instead of the Mavs vs Warriors @ 6pm

  1. Pistons being left out of the Christmas day line-up was very obviously going to backfire. I assume the league mistakenly thought the Celtics would be adrift without Tatum.

We were robbed of a great, classic rivalry in exchange for the ultra-mid Cavaliers against the Knicks so we can listen to the national media pound their dicks about foul bait Brunson.

  2. Honestly the NBA should pencil in Celtics-Wolves on Christmas for the next few years those games are always bangers

  3. I’m really sad honestly, I’ve come to expect Christmas Day games because we’ve had them for years. I really look forward to it

  4. To be fair I don’t think the nba expected either team to be playing this well. 1 east matchup today sucks

  5. Sure, but neither of these teams were expected to be this good. Most people anticipated the Celtics as a play in team.

We are not victims here guys

  6. I feel like the Celtics and Lakers should always play on Christmas. No matter what. Kinda like the Lions on Thanksgiving.

  7. To be fair, the nba probably just figured the pistons would be a doormat like they were between 2009-24

  8. I definitely thought of the Celtics as a top 4 team in the east preseason. Some people are acting like there was several juggernaut teams in the east and that is just not the case. KP never played, horford is old, jrue Holliday is old, etc. it’s people disrespecting JB, white, Pritchard. Some dumb fans were advocating for a tank early on, like what???? I only respected NY, CLE, PHI in the preseason.
