  1. I mean say what you want but the dude has played really well every time we’ve needed him.

MLF seems to be better at scheming plays for Malik at times, and his legs are a heck of an asset.

I love JLove, but Willis has played well, he’s a stand up guy, and he’s always ready when called upon.

There’s no way you can convince me Malik couldn’t compete for a starting job against the likes of McCarthy, Shedeur, Geno, Tua, etc.

  2. I hate that we cant give one player his flowers without tearing another player down. They are 2 different qbs with different skillsets. We are very lucky to have Love as our starter and we are very lucky to have such a capable backup in Malik. Root for the players on the team playing the game and let’s fucking win with who is on the field

  3. Its time to admit a segment of packer fans dont really think Love is that guy. A segment that is bigger than I initially thought. Jordan love has played very good this season, Even his so called bad games are not even that bad So I dont really understand it. He is a top 10 QB in my opinion. There would be plenty of teams that would love to have him.

  4. Seriously…Love is literally Top 5 or Top 10 in virtually all relevant QB stats and there are still some idiots who think Malik should start full stop…

He’s been a great backup and I hope he gets a great deal to start somewhere out of it. But Love is a much better QB

  5. Eh it could be worse. If he was white you just know the voices would be so much louder.

Dude can’t read the field at a quality nfl starter level but his athleticism and MLF’s scheme masks that quite well.

  6. I’m a malik truther in the fact that he is talented and with the right pieces he can do well, but a majority of his success has been playing bad teams (colts and titans last year) or coming in for love where his play style is different enough that without adjustments the opposing defense isn’t ready for his play style as they prepared for love.

  7. Why dont they just rest Malik Love might not even be eligible. aren’t we already in the playoffs

  8. Wherever he goes I wish him the best and a big payday. He’s done a great job for us and really contributed

  9. I don’t think there’s many who genuinely think we’d be better off long term with Malik as QB1 but….he is very good at a certain skillset that Love isn’t and I’d love to see him used a bit more as a part of the overall scheme. The next evolution in QB play in the NFL may be to have a QB2 that brings something QB1 doesn’t and to rotate them in situationally. Not as a 50/50 or even 75/25 thing but more than a trick play or two and certainly more than only if injured. We could lead that revolution with the right people developing the schemes to take advantage of it. These two seem to complement each other perfectly.

  10. It’s just nice to have a competent backup QB. Doing enough to win is all that matters in his situation.

  11. Malik is good because he’s so different from what people prepare for. And he’s fast.

I would greedily love for him to stay, but if he can get a bag, he should go somewhere for sure.

  12. Love Malik and I hope it helps him get his bag next year. He deserves it, he’s proven he can win with a competent org and head coach

  13. My father in law is a Favre guy and every pick Love throws he screams that he doesn’t have it and we should start Willis.

  14. If he balls out we should seriously consider trading love for a few first rounders and rolling with Willis.

  15. He is already getting a Matt Flynn contract because he is already better than Caleb Williams. I’m just afraid the Vikings will sign him.

  16. Willis is 0-2 against the Bears, Love is 4-0, that’s all the evidence I need right there: Love is ride or die
