I would roll with Nate Scheelhasse or Klint Kubiak or Adam Stenavich Mike Lafleur if was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers it's time to move on from Todd Bowles yeah you won three straight NFC South three straight years in a row but Tampa Bay Buccaneers is the weakest division and Todd Bowles record in the playoffs is 1 and 3 that not much success it's time for Todd Bowles to go asap

3. I think the Bucs should move on from TB and Baker, I think we’ve seen the ceiling from both. But let’s do it next season. It’s just surprising to me how TB can get so much public criticism while Baker and Litch get very little public criticism and are just as culpable. This team has 0 pass rush and maybe the worst LB tandem in the league. Two CB that play inconsistently, scheme aside (Dean and Zyon). Bowles and Litch both play apart of that. And Baker has had chances to ice the game in three consecutive weeks and failed short. His play has always been up and down, he’s productive but he’s not a high level QB, he’s maybe at best 14th or 15th QB in the league. But I hope we move on after next season. Baker’s contract is up. We can bring him back on a short const controlled contract as a high floor – bridge QB. The QB class is deeper, we could draft and develop a late 1st or 2nd Rnd guy. It’s a cleaner transition case than if you fire TB at the end of this season. You let him walk and then you need a new OC, Evans probably retires, Baker would have another new OC while going into a contract year which could create an excuse if his play is bad. it’s just easier for the dominoes to fall if we can tolerate one more season. I think TB “retires” after next season anyways

At least Todd Bowles has his team in a position to win the division and make the playoffs. Dan Campbell’s offense looks good at times but his coaching style is totally reckless at times. Weak Minnesota beat them down, some credit to their loyal fans for keeping them motivated throughout the game. I think if Josh Grizzard had a year under his belt, he would be much better next year and that would not only help the offense but also help the defensive side of the ball also. 17. As a division winner, the Bucs have played a 1st place schedule for the past few years. The defense is young with too many injuries. The offense has not done enough this year to help them. James I feel like you along with most of the Tampa media all get your assignments from your leader Scott Reynolds who obviously hates the Bucs.
