Here’s the truth, Jim is going to win a Super Bowl with the chargers. He’s wired as a winner and knows exactly what it takes. I’m a 9er fan and a Michigan fan, now a Harbaugh/chargers fan. Chargers were one Alt and one Slater away from making a deep run. Luck was against you.
Harbaugh builds brick by brick, he’s not an instant gratification guy, which is why he didn’t go into debt with free agency.
It took 9 years at Michigan, every year more pieces put in place. Two steps forward, one step back. By the time he won the national championship, his 2023 team was ranked as one of the top 10 collegiate football teams of all time. It will not take nearly that long with the chargers with what he has right now.
This year is not over, but with this O-Line, it’s hard to imagine making it to the last game of the season. Just wait though, a Super Bowl is coming and it’s coming very soon.
Jim is Him. (Do that whole “remind me in 1 year” thing….)

Love this clickbait. Thank you
a man can only dream
Jim Harbaugh
Hey, look on the upside. We got 5 pro-bowlers and we beat the Chiefs twice. That’s more than enough for his second season.
He needs put greg roman on the hot seat after this year. Im interested to see how tomorrow plays out. Get a better understanding about next week and if we try to beat Denver and get them back to back in the playoffs.
It was always going to be a long journey- we are going the right way. The injuries this year have been biblical.

I firmly believe if we had even one of Slater or Alt we’d have won another game or two this season and would be contenders. I think we’ll be a very good team next year.
This is the beginning of the greatest era of Charger football and I’ve been watching since ‘84.
Lose in the regular season only to win in the post season. Tale as old as time.
Chargers getting beat by the Jags and Texans in b2b years. I hope we play them in the playoffs.
I don’t get why people are mad at Jim when half the team has been injured this year

Mahalo! I feel better after today’s loss.
When he was hired I joked that Harbaugh’s track record of incredible success everywhere he goes is no match for the Chargers curse but so far he is on a SB trajectory. We were a laughingstock getting beat 63-21 against the Raiders before he took over. Now we have one of the toughest defenses in the league and an offense that would be terrifying if our two all pro tackles were healthy.
Another offseason of building better quality backup depth and this team will look a lot more like the 49ers where you can weather injuries and still be a serious SB contender.
He is a great coach! You guys are in good hands. Got a good offense, just need some offensive line depth and you will get there.
I’m not concerned. This is the greatest stretch we’ve had as a franchise in almost 2 decades. Harbaugh will win us our first Super Bowl

Need healthy and good offensive line play and we are a top team in the league. Next year baby.
As a Broncos fan who wanted Jim Harbaugh it was a nightmare to see him go to the Chargers. He really deserved to win one with the 49ers if a few more bounces when his way.
Chargers have been ripped apart by injuries this year and still look very scary. With a healthy Slater, Alt, and an impact rookie/free agent signing or two, they will be very very good in 2026.

I’m a cynical piece of shit, I want to believe. 37 years of this shit.
We all know this, franchise is cursed. As long as the Spanos family owns the team, they will never win!
He’s a dan reeves or Marty schottenheimer type, hes also very quick to move on don’t expect to have him for more than 5 years max guy is an opportunist hell I wouldn’t be surprised if he takes his brothers job in Baltimore
Jim is HIM
All you guys on a hurry really don’t appreciate the depths of the Spanos curse. The OP saying it’s years away is kind of worrying as I really would like to see Herbert have his late 20’s be championships all the way through.
And if ever there was someone who could lift the curse it is Harbaugh and Herbert. Not so sure about Horvitz yet but maybe triple Hs and consistency will out
On paper there’s no reason we shouldn’t be a perennial playoff team and therefore have opportunities for the big one.
But plenty of great coaches and quarterbacks have not been able to pull off a super bowl so I’d stop short of guaranteeing that.
I wonder if Rivers sees the chargers prioritizing coaching and part of him is like “where was that when I was there?”
I’m not sure even with Alt and Slater healthy and playing all 17 games this year that the outcome would be any different. Too many issues with the interior O-line. Inconsistent defensive play. This game alone with Cameron Dicker deciding to channel his inner Nate Kaeding. I’m confident that Jim Harbaugh can be the first Chargers head coach since Boss Ross to get this team to at least the Super Bowl (and hopefully winning one). But there’s still quite a bit of work left to do before we get there.
Love it man. Appreciate the insight!

As a Buckeye, it took Harbaugh a cheating staffer and a staff full of God complex coaches who put their own (perverted) interests about all else. Harbaugh left that program in shambles and his legacy is forever stained. He never won anytbing before or since then. He’s a coach that will, obviously, do whatever it takes to get there, but he’ll never win the last game of the season without cheating. He’s 3-5 in their biggest game of the season, not including their forfeit in 2020. He’s loyal to a fault (ex. Greg Roman) and his shit wears thin quickly. As a Chargers fan, I hope he can capture some momentum quickly to finally finish the job at this level, and without cheating, but his track record might indicate otherwise. I look at him as a transitional coach. He’ll get an organization to the next level, but his only championship came under extremely questionable circumstances. He ruined that program up there for many years to come and his “still processing” comment regarding Sherrone showed exactly where his loyalties still lie. Clearly, it’s a distraction for him after today’s performance. He is who he is. Let’s not pretend he’s some hero.
This is easily a potential SB team if all the O Line injuries don’t happen. We get our healthy O line back next year with Hampton as a legit RB. We’re looking good as long as the Chargers curse can fuck off for one year.
I’m just curious how the division would play out in the next few years: the Chargers and the Broncos are seemingly the two main contenders, while KC is falling apart and the Raiders… well, they are the Raiders. A true LAC-DEN rivalry for the division after a decade of KC-dominance sounds FUN!
Needs to get rid of Roman, hire Dabal, or McDaniels if he’s fired get an offensive mind for today’s NFL.

One day this sub won’t be satisfied with mediocrity. One day.
If we don’t win a playoff game this year, Harbaugh is officially on the hot seat for me.
Can’t fucking believe we had Mike Macdonald and Ben Johnson in the building and let them get away.
The stretch losing to the Giants and Commanders was tough. The other 3 losses were against good AFC teams at the time. I think Harbaugh overdelivered with this roster.
Well said
This is honestly the best I’ve ever felt more optimistic about the Bolts since the Norv years. 2 years of playoffs teams with shit oline and injuries. Give it time. Our time will come!!! BOLT UP!!!!

I needed this after today’s game and losing the chance for the AFC West. Thank you 🤣🙌
This is the first year I can remember I didn’t feel nervous we were gonna lose every game. Actually felt like it for only about 3 games. Still most annoyed we lost to the giants and commies.
After playoff jags and Texans I’m still nervous for the playoffs.
I’ve been saying this the second he got signed on to the chargers. He’s gonna win a SB soon. Just watch.
This sub runs off cope.
If we draft half as well as we have for the next 2 drafts and let hortiz cook, we will win a bowl
His whole career is trash lmao
