  1. Everfail was like a cult leader. Cowboys had a secondary with a man cover limit. Even the LB's were not regular to blitz. Everfail never coached,He panicked and hesitated, He did not adjust. Truth we need players, but we not that busted.

  3. Texas A & I's Al Harris would be a good fit. We like good linebackers which we have been miss and that will help the back end. That was the missing part with Dan Quinn and were not able to stop the run. Need tackling Linebackers.

  4. I stopped listening after you said Raheem Morris would be a good candidate. So he suppose to go from being a head coach to being a DC? 😂. He’s not getting fired after 2 seasons. So that was a wasted take.

All this depends on if the Jones Boys allow 🤔 coach to pick his own defensive coach we have to understand the Jones Boys r credit seekers so they have to have control of something for them to get credit they let coach pick his offensive coaches none of them was on defense it's the 30-plus seasons problem let me add the Jones Boys r the cheapest when it comes to paying coaches 🤔

  7. Hey Lou…again, great analysis! Isn't Raheem the Falcons HC? Do you expect them to let him go? I love Al Harris and hated that he decided to move on, but, Al said himself last year he wasn't ready to be a DC and hasn't designed a D and called plays either. I appreciated his honesty and think he could be a great DC when he is ready! I really like what you have put together on Daronte Jones. Everyone usually talks about Flores, since his contract is up, but a point was made that Flores likes veteran players who are more apt to pick up his difficult D vs younger players. Jones has been learning from a hellava duo with Zim and then Flores and you wouldn't need permission to interview him for DC! I keep hearing people talk about Jim Schwartz, he could be up for the HC job, or at min they keep Stefansky and would he leave for a lateral move? Any thoughts on Jim Leonhard? Like his resume but could be getting groomed by Payton to be DC if Jones gets a HC job next year.

Are you suggesting Shotty to hire this man and give him some years to maybe develop into a good DC? Everybody in the league is already laughing at us so we gonna hire an offensive receivers coach as our DC….

  19. Bro. Al Harris did nothing with Nahshon Wright in Dallas. How is Al Harris going to fix guys that somehow broke the year after he left? He was a great teacher within Dan Quinn's system. Outside of that, what makes you think he's as great a teacher? And, what makes you think Quinn's defensive scheme is going to be successful back in Dallas?

  22. @Lou's Takes this was a great list brotha. I think they are good choices. Do you think that Schotty will prioritize experience or if he will hire people who align with him philosophically? Because Schwartz seems to fit his emphasis on winning the trenches. Are there any other coaches who fit that same alignment like Schwartz? Specifically, young coaches. I'm hoping for another video with another 6 candidates.
