  1. Do we think it's possible that the front office is talking through a trade right now, and Zacc + Mo are key pieces in that transaction? Thus they're getting lighter minutes than they usually would.

  2. If the rumors are true, the Hawks are going to miss out on the talents of Zaccharie Risacher who is only 20! Hawks will be fools to make that trade but I wont be surprised if it happens

  3. Shouldn’t we go after Nick Claxton, Zooba from the Clippers, or either Jared Allen. All of them make a lot less and a lot more durable than Anthony Davis. We got a rebound a problem we need somebody who can rebound and who can play defense.

  4. Brad I was curious about something, you say all the time that you don’t like a lot of the decisions Quinn makes and I agree, so why not fire him? He consistently plays lineups that aren’t optimal. I’m not saying he doesn’t know basketball, but he isn’t doing a good job with how he handles lineup

  5. The Big takeaway from this game..outside of OO's outstanding performance was…HOW can anyone…watching us take on the team in the EAST that you're going to have to beat….be ok with TRAE getting extended for the $$$$$$ he's looking for.?He's going to ultimately pick up that player option when that rolls around… NOBODY in there right mind is going to pay him in that 50 mill neighborhood! HE MUST play well on offense…he just can't anymore on a regular basis…and we all know about his D! ONSI roll up your sleeves and get ready for a VERY BUSY trade deadline…we DESPERATELY need INTERIOR help on both sides and can't let this year just slip by when the EAST is SOOOOOO GETTABLE! We STILL can be a BIG player this year in the East..the reg season is just for seeding…that's all! I really believe if Onsi can make a xouple of NECESSARY moves…we still can take the EAST!!!

  6. Most ppl who say trade Zach dont actually watch the Hawks play, either other team fans stoking the fire, or fake Hawks fans grifting for that 1 week a year where they care only to complain.

  7. USUALLY BIG TRADES. ….need 3 or 4 teams involved. Trae wouldn't go to the Mavs…BUT….he certainly could be moved somewhere else…to help off-set the $$$$$$! Give me AD at 50 mill….any day…over Trae….If you have to pay 1 of them! We need interior help!!!! Remember…he's being brought here for the POST-SEASON!!!! I still would go BIG time after Giannis or Markkanen first….but…you MUST at least listen to the deal!!!

  8. Brad…don't worry…NO CHANCE they move that PELS/Bucks pick for AD!!! That would have to be for the BIG FISH! Zacch…right now is a starter at the SF!!.He is also…going to be expensive sooner than later!! We just MUST address the PROBLEM…RB/INTERIOR D…interior scoring! That really would give us a CHANCE…That's all you can ask for at this stage…Don't piss away this year!

  9. Hey Brad…I can only speculate…like everybody else ..what may happen. But I'm sure you would agree…that ONSI will not allow his excellent off-season to go straight down the toilet! We have NO HOMECOURT!!!! You can't sit on your hands and accept that!! All I care about is keeping JJ/OO/NAW and Dyson….for me…EVERYONE else is available! I'm not going to lose any sleep over Trae/Zacch/Porz and LUKE…1 or 2 players can really make a difference! and yes…you don't trade that Pels pick…UNLESS it's for the BEAST in the EAST!!! Giannis! Go and get us some interior help ONSI…..we could be players RIGHT away with the right moves!!! NOBODY in the EAST is SCARY GOOD!

  10. Trae being on the court when you can mismatch O and D at the end …makles absolutely NO SENSE! That can't happen! When you make 50 mill…you're expected to be the GUY!

  11. I figure the idea of trading for AD is not coming from Onsi. Onsi has shown to have good sense. Trading for AD is NOT good sense. His salary far outweighs his assets. His liabilities are huge: availability and age. It looks like the Hawks are back to being the same old dumb Hawks.

  12. I'm not anti Zacch…he's young…has some skill/upside….BUT…what makes him available is #1…the coach starts him…but doesn't finish with him? and soon..his contract will become a problem when the word EXTENSION comes into play! That's why…under the current coach..I can't get all that excited about next years draft..when realistically/percentage wise…we'll probably end up(POST-LOTTERY) with the7-9 pick…another player that we won't even know for 3 years or so if he's going to be a longterm piece! We need VETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're plenty young enough already!

  13. I wouldn’t get on that AD Hype Train. Honestly, I would trade Trae, KP, Risacher if possible for future assets. Keep JJ, Dys, NAW, OO as my core. Hope for the best in the draft and start over with JJ as leader.

If we could get Peterson or Dybansta it would be crazy! Without so much money on the books we would have so much room for growth. I would mind a soft reset

  14. Zach’s a good player but he’s not what the Mavs need anyway. Dallas has a profoundly unbalanced roster. They need floor spacers and play makers.

  15. MOVE ON FROM TRAE. He doesn’t fit what the Hawks are trying to do right now. We can’t continue to blame the coaching year after year. Trading for AD won’t solve anything cuz bro can’t stay on the court.

  16. Picking AD is a gamble. High ceiling, low floor. A healthy AD is a top 15 player and a legitimate difference maker who fits a positional need for the Hawks. Unfortunately his history shows you are going to get him on the court about half the time. That’s why you can get him on the cheap. For expiring contracts, a nice young player like Newell and a 1st that will probably be somewhere between 20-25 in this draft you can get a guy, who if he was healthy would cost a heck of a lot more.

Winning the trade looks like AD strumming enough healthy games together during the eastern conference playoffs to make the Hawks the odds on favorite. Then you get to the finals where you have a puncher’s chance against the Thunder or Spurs. Losing looks like him blowing out his Achilles his first game in uniform and your cap flexibility is screwed for a couple of years. That’s the deal. Hawks don’t have to mortgage their future, you keep your star and likely give him a 19 year old running mate with the Pelicans pick. Even worst case, the future is still very bright in Atlanta.

  17. If the Hawks bring in AD, I quit. KP was bad enough. How can you afford to bring in these guys that can never play? Throwing money into the wind.
