Most players are basically playing for their own accomplishments.
I wonder if wandale has a clause in his contract where he gets $$$ for hitting 1k yards
To be fair he’s been pretty decent all year. If Slayton started to catch the ball normally I’d be pissed
wandale playing for a contract lol
Good for him. You play to win the games. We didn’t get the first pick last year and it worked out pretty damn good.
Love to have him back but not at the money he’s asking for
He has shown up all year so I’m not going to knock him for not being in on the tank. I want him around next year so he can ball out.
Even with a win, Giants still get the 2nd pick. And the Raiders aren’t trading that first pick, so essentially it’s almost the same thing. not quite, but almost. So good for Wandale!
We’ve been a terrible team for the past 10 years, the number one pick really doesn’t matter, we have our franchise QB, most important thing imo is getting the right coaches now
Address him by his full name, Wandale “our offensive MVP” Robinson
He been that all year though and getting a contract…
Players do not tank. They are all playing for their next contract, so please don’t expect them to play badly.

This came up on my homepage and made me laugh really hard. Good job
Of all the games to win man. Can’t even complain.
It is well within our abilities to blow this game.
Dude was 5’11 in college and now he’s 5’8”. Gotta cash in before he shrinks any further.
Player contracts are a function of their stats. Asking players to throw a game is basically asking for them to take a pay cut.
Dude has been playing way better than we should expect all season. He’s not a WR1, but he’s been playing remarkably well in the absence of a WR1
One of these things doesn’t belong…
Nice
He don’t care about a draft pick , he’s playing for a contract , it’s up to management to keep him off the field
We couldn’t tank properly last year, what makes you think it would have been different this year?
As a Raider fan we thank him
I knew they weren’t tanking because Theo “Brickhands” Johnson didn’t play. Even Darrius Slayton was making catches. The players wanted to win this one.
Let’s not over-react and act like he doesn’t have a ton of drops every year (he had one today, although I don’t know if it will count statistically because a drop is subjective) especially considering he’s rarely getting deep balls. He also only has 4TD’s and has never had more than 3 in a year.
I love the guy, but he’s still a slot receiver and will get paid like one. (underpaid IMO because it’s as important and as difficult to play as a nickel DB)
We 100% need another receiver even if we can re-sign Robinson because there is NO guarantee that Nabers will come back from his horrible knee injury and ever be the same player he once was.
As a Raider fan, he is a great player. I appreciate the effort he put forward
