3. Giants won't get the #1 pick, and that's okay. I doubt they beat Dallas next weekend, but it's possible. They got a win, Dart looked pumped and happy. He hates losing, and I don't want to see him end the season discouraged. I would like for him to end the season on positive vibes and feeling confident. The Raiders were not going to win that game. They had no intention of winning. I saw a lot of good stuff from both sides of the ball. #1 pick or #2 pick is fine. By the time the combine is over, there will probably be at least 2 QBs goign 1 and 2. Dante Moore will definitely go top 2 if he declares, which some think he might now, since they are losing their OC. If they draft second, they will still probably get a decent haul for a team that wants to trade up. Some believe Moore will jump Mendoza and become the #1 overall pick because they believe Mendoza is a high floor low ceiling QB, and Moore doesn't have a low floor but has a higher ceiling. Plus, you have Ty Simpson, who could help his case in the CFP right now. I think he will beat Indiana. I think QB-needy and desperate teams will see someone like Ty Simpson and start falling in love with him. They will be desperate and start talking themselves into it. I believe the Raiders will stay at 1 and take Dante Moore, and we could get the Browns or Jets to trade up to take Mendoze. There will likely be two QBs worthy of top 2 picks in this draft if Moore declares, and after Raiders there will be 2-3 teams vying for that 1 guy. So, I believe the Giants will have enough suitors where they can do a little fleecing. However, I think we will be trading the #2 pick to Jets or browns.
