  1. They really think the 14 point advantage was the difference in the game?

Not the INT off gadsen’s hands at the 4 yard line. Not the special teams having a -10 point swing, dickers 2 missed kicks and JK Scott punts twice under 35 yards giving the Texans easy field goals.

That’s literally the difference in the game. Houston defense is great but the Chargers made mistakes that weren’t forced.

  2. I don’t get it, chargers literally clinched a playoff spot.. they are IN the playoffs. We’ve had the same o line problems all year, every game and we win wayyy more than we lose.. so by definition, we are CONTENDING FOR THE SUPERBOWL.. so it’s getting frustrating as hell that everyone says ā€œwe aren’t SB contendersā€ yes tf we literally are.. saying you don’t think we can win the superbowl is completely different than saying ā€œwe aren’t superbowl CONTENDERSā€ because when you say that, you are literally wrong šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ there’s no world where you can say that we aren’t.. we are IN THE PLAYOFFS, so until we are not anymore, we are 100 percent in contention for the Super Bowl.. that is all.. you speak for a living, speak correctly.. Whether you like it or not, EVERY SINGLE TEAM IN THE PLAYOFFS, is a Super Bowl contender by literal definition , the only ones that aren’t, are the teams eliminated.. there is no rebuttal to what I’m saying. At the root of it

  3. How did they DOMINATE US šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚man wtf are these guys talking about?. I respect them though they put in work to get things together and I like watching them.

    It was 14-0

Chargers went on a 16-6 run (in basketball term) ON THAT DEFENSE it could have been 20-6 if Dicker made a FG and pat which would of been 20-20 late in the 4th..

Herbert was marching down the field on them in that 3rd and 4th

    Am I tripping or something?

This was not that crazy blowout from last year's playoffs šŸ˜‚.

Herbert was definitely figuring them out just was too late…

It was a good win by the Texans and they DESERVED THE WIN

  4. You can hype the Texans D all you want. Dicker makes his kicks (sus that he missed) and the game is tied. Gadsden doesn’t tip the INT and Chargers win. Not to mention the 3 other drive ending drops by receivers (not from tight coverage). The dub is all that matters, but the Texans needed a questionable call to seal the victory.

  5. If I didn’t think the NFL was scripted, this is the game that would convince me it is. So many uncharacteristic plays and questionable calls to ensure the proper outcome. Not saying it is…just sayin

  6. the chargers held the texans to 20 points..
texans only scored 3 points in the 3rd, and 3 points in the 4th.

had dicker not left 4 points on the field, and the BS "illegal contact" call on cam hart with 2:30 mins left in the 4th, the score would have been different..

  7. Meh. 2 things: Chargers lost by 4 points- missed PAT and FG. Should’ve been tied. Gadsden catches the ball at the three he probably scores. Herbert has been pressured that much by every team almost because it’s the worst OL in the NFL. Yes, Texans are a good defense and won the game. My point is the Chargers could have easily won, thus making the accolades for the Texans not as fitting imo. I’m actually glad the Chargers lost ( as a Chargers fan). Because that game showed me they can win that game, but also maybe giving them a focus wake- up heading into the playoffs.

  8. Yall chargers fans are weird bro šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ truth is yall scored yall first touchdown when Kamari got injured yall attacked our bench corner cool it happens. 2nd yall complaining about that call at the end want it to be taking away take that same call away from Ladd who lunges himself into Jalen pitre after Herbert is already sacked šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø take away both illegal contact penalties final score is 20-10 cry me a river šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚ yall can’t beat us at home and can’t beat us in yall building and save me with that oh yall o line was hurt we were missing our two starting tackles too

  9. Insane combination of words. The best defensive line in the league against the worst offensive line in the league and you only win 20 to 16.

To then say it gives yiu confidence they could beat anyone in the NFL? I mean… sure… they could. Am I confident? No. Thats silly

  10. A note in the defense playing together is Azeez. When he isn't in there directing traffic the defense is much worse. Even if Henry or EJ fill in fine play wise losing the cohesiveness Azeez provides is a massive massive blow

  11. Charger fans are hilarious…it doesnt matter if you lose by 1 or 50…the Chargers lost because the Texans defense basically dominated all game…hell the chargers got a large chunk of the yards when Lassiter was out

  12. Refs were whack this game. Too many unnecessary penalties on both teams. Tart flopped like a baboon after he hit Schultz in the face mask and kneed him in the head

  13. PFF freaking hates the Texans I swear dude. The only time Quentin Johnston was able to catch a football was when Kamari Lassiter was out and he burned the back up. Yet he somehow has a higher grade than almost every Texan.

  14. Having Herbert rated as a 69 is a new level of stupidity. No one with any common football sense watches that game and said: ā€œyeah, he was okā€. Dude was completely elite and dragged that team kicking and screaming to a near victory. So many ridiculous plays, you guys are insane.

  15. Since the Chargers are already in the playoffs and with all the ailments that they have, they should rest Herbert, along with Hampton, McConkey, Johnston, Tart, Hand, Mack, Tulipulotu, Henley, Jefferson, D Jackson, Still, Oweh, and Harris. Play all the backup OL and Becton. Give Lance some decent snaps. It really doesn't matter if the Chargers go undefeated in the division. They still have to go on the road and most likely play in the Texans dome or the mild Duval winter weather. They have a 40 to 50 % chance of winning either of those two games. This a good opportunity for Lance. If he performs like a high first round pick and beats the Broncos, he would be good trade bait for QB needy teams: Jets, Saints, Dolphins, and Cardinals. Possibly a 3rd or 4th. Another thing that makes sense is now is the time to have the rested players prepare for the Wild card round. They can prepare for the Jaguars and Texans by simply going over their 2 losses this year. This extra week of prep could actually be a Godsend. Rather play Jaguars or Texans because weather would not be a factor. Would not want to play in New England simply because of the weather. One last comment, The Chargers need to bring back K Allen and K Mack for one more year if just to be mentors for the younger players. The money shouldn't matter in their cases.
