1. The 49ers’ leaky defense is still a major concern on game night. Lack of aggressive pass rushed attack from the Niners defensive front will eventually burn the secondary really fast if Darnold is given enough time to look for his moving targets in the pocket. I expect to have shootouts from both team if the Niners defense can’t stop the bleedings in the entire game.

20. Offense is on a roll and has been scoring lots of points. If the offense can provide sizable lead, the defense needs to secure the lead for that victory. They were put to the test when the game was tied with the Bears and held them until our offense could retake the lead. Saleh will continue to motivate these guys. They will surprise many as a dark-horse defense because there are no notable players on the field that anyone is aware of.

26. Can we please stop talking about the defense and their lack of pressure. It is what it is. They don’t get a lot pressure but the pressure they do get is timely. And frankly even without pressure our safeties and linebackers would still give up big plays in coverage.

    Everybody be talking like the defense didn’t close it out for a win for us. They stopped the bears 2 times in a row in the red zone. Not to mention got some 3&outs and a hold to a FG (which was the difference in the final score). As the field tightens so do they. They are 19th in yards allowed yet 13 in points allowed.

    They are also decent against the run. Just look what the bears pass rush did for them. Gave up 200 on the ground. Is that what you want? Sure they had Purdy under pressure regularly. Where did that get them?

    Just stop. You all are like a fricking broken record. Spoiled by years of badassery.

    Stop complaining and enjoy the fact they are doing enough to win.

    This season has been so incredible. Who would have thought we would be here today without bosa and Warner and our starting QB for half the season. Enjoy the ride.
