  1. Mike and Chris are not too smart on management. You don't need to be an expert on football to identify broken systems in the organization. It might be an advantage to not be a "football guy". If you bring an expert in, he probably knows the people that are screwing it up or is trying to get a job!

  2. We botched the QB position plain and simple.
As a life long fan… My hearts been out of it since we threw away Matt for Deshaun post allegations and ended up with ridder. Unbelievable.

  3. The QBs are just as capable of being the owner as the owner, the main thing is have permeant staff to check team quality year to year, evaluate the GM, and network and get to know next GMs and coaches so when you fire the GM/coach you are not listening to social media for ideas. Or using Madden to evaluate draft and trades or even being involved with that beyond long range evaluation of results vs the rest of the league. Who ever that has that job has to manage and put close to full time into the effort, you don't jump in by yourself every time a decision has to be made or get involved in GM decisions.

  4. Ironically everything Chris said about the firm not really being able to come in and look at a football organization and see what the problem is and what they should do to fix it, is also the reason we have these issues in the first place because Blank and McKay also dont know what a good football organization are supposed to. Blank is a great business man but doesnt understand running a professional sports organization, same thing with ATL United they started off the best team in that league and dropped off right away because Blank does not know how to sustain athletic success he know business success. Stadiums, food, drink, accommodations, presentation, fan and player experience. He can do all that but he cant do football and him leaning on McKay for that is why this team sucks McKay is a failure GM living the dream job of being an untouchable GM not taking any of the blame for his failures and watching as GM and HC come and go out the door. Blank needs to bring in Matt Ryan and get rid of McKay FULLY

  5. Everyone keeps pointing to the Qb. Problem is Raheem, he hired 3 bad coordinators when he first got there. DC got fired last year, special teams coach should’ve been fired already, and a terrible inconsistent play caller in Zac Robinson. Penix isn’t been able to deep under Zac and the fact that he didn’t even flip plays for a left handed QB should be an indictment in itself. Also Rah’s late game clock management has been terrible both years here. Get in an offensive minded head coach who can develop the QB. And if Penix isn’t the answer you search for the franchise QB. But I think you fire Raheem and let Kirk walk in free agency. Can’t develop your first round QB with a 100M QB on the sideline. Sign a bridge QB and get some decent receivers in who can catch and get open. Offense way too reliant on one person each week.

  6. The company is Sportology. They have helped other NFL organizations before. This is not some Coca-Cola consultant as Phil Sims says. I'm not sure if he actually researched what he was talking about, or was he just flying by the seat of his pants.
