Ethan Salas is an injury prone .200 hitter. He's on schedule to be a bust just like Blake Hunt. Both these catchers have ugly MILB numbers. There's no way Blake Hunt would be on anyone else's MLB roster. Bullpen catcher

I can't wait until the Padres sign former Padres 2016 first round draft choice Hudson Potts. He's 27 years old and he's available.
Luis Campusano can play 1st base. So Ideally blake hunt could platoon with freddy fermin. Splits wise hunt is a good catcher. .900 OPS one year in double to triple A dude is solid. Lowkey the team should give CJ Cron or Rhys Hoskins a shot on a 3 -4 year deal move campusano to DH and sign JT realmuto but likely we won't so call up blake hunt and platoon him with freddy and move campusano to DH to split time with sheets who can also split time with laureano at LF. Then we fix all our problems and let Cronenworth platoon with Sung Mun Song and we are good to go.
