16. Francis started H.S. at Aquinas in San Bernardino under coach Jordon Brusig. He became so dominant that an Academy type school swept him to Florida for more exposure. I had him in my class for one year, and what a great kid. I doubt the Lions can get him unless they move up via trade. BTW, Brusig is a great coach and helped mold Francis.

My point is, it is not a guarantee, just like the draft isn't. But what's guaranteed for the Colts is no Super Bowl, no playoffs, no first round pick and the highest paid cornerback at 30 million a year who is injured.
