I'll never argue with the restraint approach. The Mets have some promising prospects in the hopper. Also Skubal is a free agent next year. Why go all in trading for a borderline veteran? The Mets should concentrate on shoring up their position players and improving the defense. Always be thinking long term. We're looking to build a dynasty here.
