I don’t think it’s happening. We’re on the outside looking in. I’m going to become the new Hayes guy with Triolo this year, I can feel it.

Even if it doesn’t happen, it’s been fun to have this hope.
With Murakami and Imai signing with some unexpected teams for less money then folks thought I have a lot of hope we can sign Okamoto….but if we do miss at least it seems like the market for Suarez seems to be cooling so I feel like he could be had on a kind of shorter term…like 3 years with an opt out “prove it” type deal that can at least put us in the running for him
I put this in another thread, but from what I’m hearing I would be very prepared to be disappointed lol.
Hopefully they take a big swing at Suarez
