RIFT: Kevin Stefanski and Andrew Berry Poised For Cleveland Browns BREAKUP | Jim Schwartz NEXT UP?

Cleveland Browns brace for potential upheaval as speculation swirls around Kevin Stefanski’s future. Does Stefanski sense his final days in the Dawg Pound? It feels that way to Spencer German, who examines the rift that has seemed to form between Stefanski and GM Andrew Berry.

Later, he discusses the viability of Jim Schwartz as the team’s next head coach as an internal promotion if Stefanski is fired. Plus, he submits his prediction for the Browns’ season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals.

  1. Spencer German is talking really stupid. Jim Schwartz isn't so loyal to Stefanski that he wouldn't accept the HC job. And it's so dumb to think that Berry took over and made Haslam give Watson a $230,000,000, even though Haslam wanted Baker Mayfield more. Haslam isn't some helpless idiot that let's someone else take over like that. Haslam is the man who wanted Johnny Manziel, and got him. Haslam may make mistakes but he doesn't let someone else take control of his team and make a $230 million decision without him approving. Watson had turned the Browns down and Haslam wanted to up the offer. And Stefanski had benched Flacco for Dillon Gabriel. The team did Flacco a favor in letting him go to a team that was going to let him start for a few games. After Stefanski started Gabriel, Flacco was pretty much finished for the season in Cleveland. And I don't see many teams trying their best to get the great Kenny Pickett either. So stop trying pretend that Haslam and Stefanski are just a couple of ignorant white guys who let the big bad black guy, Berry, take over everything. Stefanski has always had a lot of say in what goes on with this team. Stefanski, along with DePodesta, & Haslam are the guys who hired Andrew Berry. Haslam said from the start that each of them would report to him. Berry was never Stefanski's boss. Actually Jim Haslam likes Berry. You need to stop your little girl conspiracy theories. I like a lot about Stefanski, but he's not without fault. And Stefanski was the main person who didn't want Baker Mayfield. He and Jim Schwartz have a lot of influence on what players Berry tries to aquire. Stefanski wanted Dillon Gabriel. So whether both guys stay or both are fired, or one stays and the other is fired, you need to stop it with your silliness about everything bad is Berry and when they have won, it was all because of Stefanski. Stefanski had plenty of talent to work with those years that he won COTY. Berry helped assemble that talent. They should have gone further than they did. Now y'all media wimps are so petty (Jason Lloyd), that you are wanting to cry because Andrew Berry mentioned Watson first 😂 that's what GMs do. But Berry didn't insist that Haslam sign him to a 230 million dollar guaranteed contract. And don't forget that Paul DePodesta was there. Stop it with your pathetic efforts to paint Stefanski and even Haslam as poor little helpless idiots.

  2. 15:15 🤣🤣🤣 This new standard of making the playoffs in two seasons out of six is the best the Browns have done in a long time, but it's not so lofty that it frightens Jim Schwartz.

  3. 19:39 There is no craziness going on. A HC and/or a GM may be fired. It happens in the NFL. You guys in the Cleveland Browns media are the ones that put the craziness in the situation with your conspiracy theories.
