If art truly gives Matt the same role , he will be outside the org and reporting directly to blank so around rich around terry all of that and can give a honest consistent view . It’s like finding out your significant other has been spending your money behind your back, bad mouthing you, and cheating on you with your friends, but they come clean and promise to like, I dunno, help you do the dishes and take out the trash going forward. At that point, who cares? You should be busy getting all their stuff on the street and signing up for a blood screening at the local clinic to make sure they didn’t give you an STD.
