47. Thats going full circle. Noll worked for Don as player and coach. He is as good as any. Two things we need. Better assistant coaches and a vision. Tomlin has no vision. Its always about now and he fills up this roster with FA castoffs. That formula only worked one time, and that was with George Allen. That was 50 years ago.
