  1. 5 takeaways for this game:

    Dustin Wolf is very good

    Brady Skjei is very bad

Calgary 4th liners need to spend less time trying to be rats and more time playing hockey

Beecher can’t fight unless he sucker punches somebody

Kelly Sutherland has it out for Nashville. Refs tried to give this one to Calgary.

  2. I was not expecting the Preds to become my lone bright spot in Tennessee sports, but I am here for it! Stamkos being reignited has really turned this thing around in the last 15 or so games.

  3. Was at this game. Wolf is an above average goaltender, but he is a terrible puck handler. Sadly, that's not the Flames' only deficiency. A bright spot is the spark Lomberg brings to the team and game. On the opposite end is Beecher. What a terrible hockey player. Beecher defines the exact opposite of rebuilding.
Overall, for being considered comparable teams, the Preds were able to take over the game and dominate the 2nd period and 3rd periods.

  4. A great goal, that Huberdeau – Coleman – Backlund one. All of these stupid measurements of offsides that involve less than half a second should be omitted. It's rule by machines where the machines are the tail wagging the human dog. Just back off to irrelevant all the less than half second offsides.
