  1. Let's see who are they going to get? GLENN ouldn't get a decent staff as a new headcoach so I'm sure that they'll be lining up for a coach who will be on the hot seat. They screwed LaFleur who is now the OC for a possible Super Bowl team. Yeah they'll be lining up. Quit accepting the bull from this clown organization. Glenn did a horrible job. Blame the D coordinator. I thought GLENN was the D genius. Now we need changes to the O staff.
Yeah this is going to work.

  2. I love all your suggestions my fear is Glen is very prideful and stubborn. If they roll out the same thing they will be in trouble hopefully Spellman will have some helpful advice to help the staff

  3. Lack of situational awareness with playcalling, with scheme on early downs, with schematics on all tiers of 3rd down, his lack of improvement on all of those things from week one to now… An average I.Q. defense tears up his offense because it's not adaptive, amongst many other things. I'm not talking it's performance because of personnel, I'm evaluating his part and contribution. Right now it's absolutely sub-par I'm so tired of people saying there's not enough to evaluate him. There is plenty to determine he's not ready at this point. Demote him, bring in Brian Daboll.

  4. AG will be a better head coach at his next job from his experience with the Jets. I don't see this working out. He's lost the locker room. There are no moral victories, but at least compete. Jets look unprepared and out coached. Defense is embarrassing

  5. 2:20 I just had a conversation with Dayne-O about this, and I really don't want Charles London back. I want a QB Coach who has a QB that ACTUALLY IMPROVED from the year before they were there to now

  6. I think they should hire Kurt Warner as a consultant and let him recommend a QB coach he can work with to develop a QB. Then sign Malik Willis and pass on a QB this draft and build the team in 26 to draft a QB in 27. For DC either Lenoard or Shwartz if he's available or Martindale.

  7. I remember the pop of the offense and Fields in the 1st game of the season and thought FINALLY an offense and then things fell apart. He’s tried to repeat that but the QBs struggled to get in rhythm. Bring in a QB coach that is familiar with Tanner’s scheme and let’s see how it works.

  8. If I'm the Jets GM, I wouldn't trade any 1st round picks for a QB. There are other options, including next year's draft class. BUILD THE CORE! Don't destroy another QB. Take a long look at Mateer, Beck, or Klubnik if your so compelled to draft a QB. I fully agree with getting a QB Guru to help develop a QB. I also wouldn't be opposed to trading for a 2027 1st rounder. If they build the core first, they can afford to give up two or three 1st round picks for a shot at the top 2027 top QB. We've waited this long, so one more year with a solid core foundation would almost guarantee future success. But I'm not the GM. This is just my opinion; I could be wrong…

  9. Huh?!🤔 So AG hired an inexperienced OC , awful DC and QB coach that never played QB to make Justin Fields a better QB. Granted Justin is a bag of mixed nuts. Neither Offensive coach seems to have any ability to develop a QB. Tanner worked around Jared Goff and our QB coach is yet another dumb AG buddy hire. AG as a HC seems a bridge too far.

  10. Idk how to feel about Glenn. First year coach had a terrible start but it was obvious they didn’t have a QB or the team Glenn wanted to run. After the GM made a few trades for some decent players the team has a stretch where they played well and won 3 out of 4 games or something. Then comes my question. Did they start the tank then for a higher draft pick and if so the horrible play we’ve seen how much of that was intentionally sucking to secure a higher pick. He’s also shit with the media. Idk if he gets canned you HAVE to bring in a vet HC but who the hell would want to come here?

  11. I just never understood why AG2 did not have an experience OC at the helm. I keep hearing how he idolized Parcels. Really? Because Bill did not have a bunch of rookies on his staff. He had experienced coordinators.

Saleh made this mistake too. When he was hired as HC, he hired Mike LaFleur whonwas never a OC before. I never liked that move. I felt Zach needed an experienced OC.

Yet here we are again. The NFL is a copycat league. Yet, Jets have no clue what that means.

Sean McVay first time HC hires Wade Phillips to be his DC. Smart move. An experienced DC, knows the game. Sean can focus on offense.

Andy Reid in KC had Dan Pettine as DC one moment, then Spags. Reid can focus on offense.

Wherever your strength is, that side of ball should be tight. Where you are deficient, be humble and get an experienced OC. AG2 knows nothing about offense. And with his coaching, he has no clue about defense either

  12. Look at Seattle. A defensive mind in Mike McDonald is hired. A defensive guy. Cool. His OC is Kubiak, whose father is Gary, who knows offense. Seattle defense is top notch, but offense is very good. They won a game where Sam had 0TDs-0INTs and less than 200 yards.

But of course, we have the wrong coach. While these other teams have defensive-minded HCs (Seahawks-Texans-Patriots-Steelers), those teams are functional and we still stink.

Shannahan is an offensive guy, hires Saleh to run the defense. SF decimat ed with injuries yet 12-4.

But nope, the Jets have new ways to be inept. If they do not get experienced offensive minds ASAP, the drafted QB is already ruined
