Black Monday Waiting Room

  1. We can only hope they said that to avoid potential distractions on the off chance we made it into the playoffs.

If Glazers don’t fire Bowles, they’ll lose more than what they would’ve saved in next year’s revenue.

  2. I swear I feel like the Glazers must love Bowels on a personal level or something and just really don’t want to move on from him. It just doesn’t make sense

  3. Baker should take equally as much heat, he literally threw away a couple of games at the end of the season.

  4. unrelated but this meme is so much funnier when the 4th panel doesn’t have any text

  5. I will never understand team fascination with mid HC who gets carried by elite assistant coordinators. Ownership/GM keeps those mid head coaches and move on from the elite coordinators. I wish one owner has the balls, to talk to HC “hey man we can’t lose that guy” we can promote your ass but we are moving your coordinator as HC.

  6. If Bowles is not fired I will have absolutely no idea what it takes to fire a head coach

An embarrassing collapse in the 50th season (if I recall one of the worst in franchise history, if not THE worst), your side of the ball is utterly incompetent and useless, mass regression across the board from the talent that IS good, and throwing your players under the bus in multiple press conferences to end the year

If THAT is not enough to fire a HC that is a whopping SINGLE game above .500 across 4 seasons I don’t know what is

  7. I don’t know how the Glaziers can go back and watch that Rams game and keep this guy as a coach. Watched that game + traveled to the Bills ass kicking and I’ve never recovered. I’ve been living life as Randy Quaid from Major League 2 for the last 6 weeks. I’m spent. Glad this nightmare is over. I hate this team.

  8. Bowels: scheme on defense sucks.
Licht: not trading for a pass rusher and your picks at pass rusher suck.
Baker: hero effort, but you hurt us with late season turnovers and four straight December losses.
Glazers: Liam Coen was the answer.

  9. I’m taking a break from this team until Bowles kicks rocks. That should be five minutes from now, but knowing the dumbass Glazers, it’s probably gonna be part of next season.

And you know the real cherry on top of it all? I would put good money on it that if we keep him after this, they’re likely to fire his ass 4-6 games into next season, anyway. So really, fucking WHY?

The Glazers really don’t get enough flak for how bad of owners they are. A bunch of nepo babies who fell ass backwards into Tom Brady and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing with it once he moved on.

  10. I will not watch bucs games next season if bowles isn’t fired. There are too many quality head coaching candidates to waste more time on this retread.

  11. Todd Bowles as the head coach of the Bucs is the equivalent to if Hue Jackson was hired by the Pats instead of Belichick and they never won a single super bowl but Brady was able to at least lead them to a first round playoff exit most years.

The Bucs are good in spite of Bowles and have severely underperformed their rosters potential because of him.

  12. It’s really the saints qb coach who’s to blame if we’re shirking responsibilities here.

  13. I don’t care what the reports say – The Glazers don’t reward regression. They never have. They never will. This isn’t Gruden working through salary cap hell after winning this franchise the Super Bowl.

The contract means nothing. They fired Gruden after signing him to a 3 year extension.

I refuse to believe they’ll look at this season, look at the fan response, and say, “You know what, let’s run it back one more time.”

  14. Where are the “Fire Bowels” billboards on 275 and 4? We need billboards like back in 2013.

  15. It’s crazy on all the major threads there expecting full overload of coaching changes from the bucs yet the organization is literally saying they’re changing nothing
