5. I have enjoyed the Buccaneers from the beginning with John McKay in 1976. It was hard at the beginning, but I understood that starting a franchise required time. He took them to the NFL playoff. Compare the Seattle Seahawks who have homefield advantage who started at the same time. I am just so over wasting the talent on this team.     mediocre at best at my job and now just suck, but I want my employer to continue investing in me?
    
    Option1: Fire Bowles, hire Mike LaFleur, fire Grizzy and LaFleur brings in his DC, and fire the rest of the coaches. Jason invests in a super pass rusher and starting TE and tweak the oline. Finally, replace Levante with a good LB.
    
    Option2: Todd Bowles steps down as DC, hire Shula and fire the fire the rest of the coaches.
    
    Option3: Todd Bowles maintains HC, DC roles, hire Mike LaFleur OC and replace the rest of the coaching staff. Jason invests in a super pass rusher and starting TE and tweak the oline. Finally, replace Levante with a good LB.

28. Its especially painful watching out last 2 OCs winning their divsions… grisaard…first 15 plays are scripted and do fine ..but he can't call a game 2nd to 3rd quarter..th2len 2 min drill end of game..Great..but often too late
