I feel bad saying this after this 4th quarter, but this end of regular season feels a bit sour.
The team is really good, full of talent, but actually feels like they peaked too early or something.
Maybe our injuries were just really that impactful:
– Quentin Lake is an obvious one, the defense was never the same
– Kdot and Jackson, to me it looks like Straffod is not confortable in the pocket and the disconfort has been increasing every week
The secondary gives important plays more than what is desirable.
Our run game doesn’t look as impactful.
Even when Davante was on the sidelines it looked like our targets were way more succesfull.
Hopefully this 4th quarter gives momentum into the POs
This game wasn’t perfect by any means but I saw a lot of improvements AND a lot of lessons learned.
I’m very happy Sean went down the field for 3 points at the end of the first half, too many times this year has McVay just given up in the first half with time outs left and time on the clock just to go into the locker room. The 3 points didn’t matter this week but they would have last week and who knows maybe we get a busted coverage and get a touchdown – always go for those points.
Then the special teams, I know they converted a fake on us but I honestly don’t mind that much, sometimes you’ll get got by that stuff I care more about the rest of the game. Kicks were perfect, none of them wander all right down the middle. Coverage on punts and kickoffs were great except for one but even that one was kept before the 30.
Then the offense, I can’t say enough how much I respect Budda Baker and how much he is a problem for any offense in the league. He made a fuck load of plays today, and it’s not a surprise that when he went out of the game we suddenly looked unstoppable. Baker is really our kryptonite in the division tbh, he just understands how to beat us more than any other player does. Other than that, we looked good. This is a good enough offense operation to win playoff games – and we’re yet to get Dotson or Tae back. I feel like a lot of our miscues come when we’re targeting X and Mump. Need to look back at film and see Tae run some of these routes because I’ve got a feel they’re either over running their routes or at the very least aren’t where Stafford expects them to be.
Regardless, there’s no playoff teams that I think look unstoppable right now. Everyone has their weaknesses, we’re no different – so why not us? In the dance, four clean games and you’re Super Bowl champions.
Welp, on to the playoffs we go.
Get Adams Kdot and Lake back. We ride
Stafford back to MVP favorite per DraftKings!!!
Despite some rough stretches these last few weeks, I really like our chances in a Panthers rematch. The 5th seed is huge, and the path is clear.
Bring on the 8-9 Panthers!!
Let the Revenge Tour being.
What we did in that fourth quarter was Super Bowl football, but boy do I need our injured players back
Let redeem the 2003 Rams who lost to the Panthers in the playoffs
We need to leave no doubt and annihilate Carolina now. 💪
Panthers it is, get our revenge and we have a chance to go into Seattle and end thier season. Couldn’t ask for a better path after losing the one seed. Defense gonna has to figure this out because the secondary is a legit liability in coverage and in tackling
THE ROAD TO BANNER #3 BEGINS NOW!!!!
Revenge Tour loading
If we weren’t gonna get the 1 seed this is the best case scenario
Team looked really shaky the first 12 minutes of that 3rd quarter, but then got their shit together and ended the game on a 21-0 run.
Stafford finished with the most passing TDs in Rams history and the 3rd most passing yards (Warner 2001, himself in 2021).
Puka finished 1st in catches, 2nd in yards, and T-3rd in TDs for the league. He had the 2nd most catches in Rams history (Kupp 2021) and the third most yards (Bruce 1995, Kupp 2021).
Carolina revenge game incoming

Give me Adams, lake, and Dotson back next week and we roll.Â
As soon as I lost complete faith in this team after two punts and losing the lead again we turned it up and won. Wish every game wasn’t such a rollercoaster though. But glad we could be the awful 3-14 cardinals phew 😅
If one of the eliminated teams wanted to release a veteran CB to sign with a playoff team, that’d be greeeat
Stafford MVP. Rams Super Bowl champs. Let’s run it
Stafford MVP!
Leads the NFL in Touchdowns and Passing Yards. 4 TD final game no Ints!
Patriots fans become relevant again and then come into the thread and talk all this trash. lol
The Rams suddenly remembered they weren’t ass and started playing like they should.
