7 game losing streak to end the year. Longer than all but 2 other teams (Raiders and Cardinals). I don’t care how hard the back half of the schedule was, the fact this team hasn’t won a game since the week after halloween is inexcusable.

Our defense over the middle of the field is the worst ive seen
People don’t like to admit it but we were on a downward slope even before DJ went down. However if he was healthy we could have finished with double digit wins and a chance at the postseason.
Every year we come up with a new way to be embarrassing

We got hit with an injury bug, including to the most important position, as well as having an absolutely stacked back half of the schedule. I don’t think it’s fair to act like Ballard and Steichen completely failed at building a competent team when we were in fact 8-2 with one of the best offenses in the league before the injuries began.

This is actually not true , right. Raiders in like ‘95 or something. Point still stands, but it’s not quite accurate.
We should trade Anthony Richardson for first round picks this upcoming draft. We need defense and top talent will be available
I honestly believe Ballard is out…. Steichen stays but on a short leash based on his rookie QB system strengths. Today’s game was the perfect example…watching Leonard go through his reads at all levels on every passing down and not being afraid to go deep. He showed Colts don’t need to pay Daniel Jones.
A new GM focused on getting proven, not potentially gifted, physical players in here would fill the bill. Someone that brings culture change. Let the new GM decide who replaces Anarumo and get on the same page…then give him players.
So we get to blame the owner too. Thats how it works. Slayy queen when she was out on the field when they are winning, nothing when they lose?
After watching Riley Leonard today, Colts fans should be VERY upset that the team brought Rivers out of retirement instead of just playing him.
Rivers was a great story, but I feel that Leonard would have won at least ONE of those games.
This is the latest chapter in what has become a novel of failures under Ballard dating back to how the 2021 season ended. 9 years in charge, 0 division titles in the AFC SOUTH. To me it really is as simple as that- not to mention it was universally understood he should be gone if Richardson were to become a bust, and well here we are. Your move, Carlie.
On top of all that, now they have no first round picks for two years.
Does that talentless dick weed on the right realize that the entire city wants him gone
