  1. Raheem was literally brought in to build culture, and a lot of the players seemed to rally around him. He just couldn’t establish a good staff or efficiently manage everything that came with being a head coach. So when yall say we need to bring in someone to build culture, that comes with winning. Give me a guy who will have a lasting system

  2. The Special Teams were so bad this year, if they had just been average they would have won 11 games and been division champions. The ST’s cost them 3 games this year.

  3. Michael Penix didn’t get the support a young qb needs to get from his OC. Everyone just questioning Penix is just foolish. He’s less than 10 nfl games under his belt with a 9-3 td: int record this season before he got hurt and people are questioning him? Yea he didn’t play much from the center but that’s on the oc and qb coach to give him confidence to play from the center. He did that in the college pretty well. How many qbs have we seen take a season or two and the right coach to take that next step in recent years? Yes a lot
