Sens are an embarrassment this year. Our GM is clueless not bringing anyone new in in the off-season and thinking we were good after getting easily bounced in the first round last year. He's acting like we win the cup. Wasted year and we ain't making the playoffs with this squad.

Ottawa lost this game because of goaltending. They created a lot more chances than Detroit. Merelainen has played before but it would have been nice to score early.

Well as a sens fan all I can hope for is we somehow make the playoffs and play Detroit in the first round . No a very scary team. What is scary tho is our goaltending!

After the Pittsburgh games, this is a good reset for the Wings. Feels so good watching a true playoff caliber Wings team again! And "old man" JVR is so cool to watch.
