To be fair switching Walz for Fitz would probably be a lateral move at best.
As someone who is currently Fitz-neutral, I would be all for this, just for the sole reason that it would piss off John Fischer to no end.

Walz last job had him under fire for bringing in too many people who do not have documents including NHL contracts with NMCs. Guys, I think we found our GM.
