Dude, we are off the bridge and in the abyss, this team sucks, they do nothing and act on has been players, it’s a total youth movement which is fine, but cohen and Stearns should say so. They’re striking out on mostly every FA including their own home grown people! Boy genius and Casino Cohen need to be honest with the Mets fans who turned out this year and say it is what it is. No free agent wants to go to the Mets anymore. And if they think Tucker is replacing what they lost, they are insane. Moving from extremely hitter friendly Wrigley Field to ShittyField were hitters go to die is not going to be good. And he ALREADY had lower numbers than EITHER Alonso or Nimmo. Who already proved they can handle both ShittyField and the NY pressure.
Even if they get him, they are an 85 loss team. But at least that is better than the 90 losses they would be without him. But at least they have 25 middle relievers to choose from. Just none with ERAs under 4.00.
You can forget about them trading for Skubal or Peralta now way your dreaming if they become free agent maybe one!
