Todd McShay said in a 2025 redraft he would take Shough #1 overall. I wouldn’t say he’s top 15 yet because he does’t have enough starts.
His rank is still TBD. Good signs so far he’s in the top half of the league though.
No there isn’t
He’s absolutely showing promise but let’s not get too ahead of ourselves. He’s solved our short term need for a QB and is showing potential to fill that need long term. We need another season to really see where he’s at
He’s a clear starter in the league with a pretty mediocre supporting cast that he’s elevating.
Shough will still have a lot to prove in his Sophomore year, but damn it feels good reading all those comments from other team fans and seeing respect put on Shough’s name.
I don’t like throwing rookie QBs into top5 & top10 qb talks. I need to see them do it again. Let’s just enjoy this offseason where we don’t have to worry about the QB position & hope the saints put the right ppl around Shough.
We seen Stroud & Daniels regress after their rookie yrs after ppl called them top5 & top10 qbs
