Between him and Alec Halaby, I like Halaby better. But I thought this new “president of football ops” position was supposed to be involved in this process yet we haven’t even announced who that is yet?

Looking at the Bears sub they seem to really credit Cunningham for the teams scouting and draft process being pretty good
Bears have been winning the off season the past few years, it’s taken a bit to get coach and QB right but they’ve rebuilt from nothing correctly.
Haven’t loved the Bears drafts under Poles, but he seems to have learned under some of the best while in Baltimore and Philly. I’d rather have Halaby, but we could do worse.

Nobody has posted the Cousins restructure that just happened in the last hour. And I’m struggling to understand exactly what it means and why we are making personnel decisions with no president, GM, or HC.
