Kon Knueppel: "I think you just have to be willing to play. For me, it's like, I want to play every game. Going in with that mindset: how can I have my body ready to play and perform every day?"
"I think it's more so less reactive. Like, not 'Oh no, my ankle hurts; I've got to get some treatment today.' It's more like, 'Alright, my shoulder tends to bug me, let's get working on the shoulder throughout the week.' Even if it's feeling great, just working on it, make sure it's doing alright and get going."

A 20 year old already knows the secret of life. It’s all mindset, stay aligned, conscience and in the moment.
He already has so much maturity in his preparation and mindset. He plays a physical style of basketball, but he’s set up well for longevity
His competitiveness has been one of the biggest standout things about him. We saw it off rip in SL with how he closed out playing every game to win the championship, he’s already moved from “questionable” to starting a couple times this season.
He doesn’t show a whole lot of emotion on the court but you can sense when he gets frustrated with himself and the way he responds always impresses me. In our second game I remember Tyrese Maxey nearly crossed him out of his socks so the very next possession Kon immediately hits a stepback 3 from the corner right in his face. He’s not loud about it but he’s 100% one of them ones in terms of his competitiveness.
One of?
