Game 6 vibes on that one
We don’t have the skill to compensate for our slow starts anymore. Bob somehow kept this from being a blowout. We’re not going to survive if we’re down Jones and Marchand for any significant amount of time, this Olympic break can’t come soon enough.
Again we started playing too late to the game, last period was decent from us and created some looks. Hope Marchy is not badly injured and it was just precaution move to pull him from last period. On to the next one and hope Chucky will be back soon as well as Jones
I don’t understand man how they basically no showed twice and then beat the Avs.
Someone in that room has to say something about doing a no show twice in 5 days when they can’t afford to piss away points when you need all the points that you can get

Bob had some great saves but, not much else positive to say beyond that… Looked like Marchand tweaked his back on that hit from Benoit^^^^balls . Hopefully it’s nothing too serious. Injuries are just stacking up tho… 😮💨
Paul Maruice’s system isn’t effective when you don’t get a good effort. You can sometimes overcome it with a good PP but that’s been missing all season.
They’re lucky Bob was good tonight. Their defensive play has been awful lately.
Better start to string some wins together. Things are getting dicey.
Panthers have this terrible idea that if they don’t try for the first two periods something good will happen. If they’re winning the pump the breaks. If they’re tied they pump the breaks. TOO MANY OF THE LAST DOZEN OR SO GAMES HAVE BEEN US PLAYING CATCH UP BECAUSE THEY FONT TRY TILL THERES S FIRE UNDER THEIR ASS.
At some point you look around and see Marchand didn’t play, Thachuk didn’t play. Barkov didn’t play. Other depth pieces from the championship run didn’t play. And you just say what’s left. Is what’s left really a playoff team….. no. It is what it is. It sucks to have the 3 peat cut off due to injuries but if we can’t stay healthy, once Tkachuk gets back there’s nothing we can do.
Canes, Lightning, Flyers, Isles, Sabres, and obviously Leafs all won, while we looked like shit – what a horrible night.
I’m saying this as a huge Forsling fan: anyone have theories on why he’s been meh-to-bad this year?

They look like they think the playoffs are a guarantee for them and they’re just biding their time. Tkachuk can’t get back soon enough. I think he’ll be able to push them and get more out of them than they’re doing now.
