Erik Kramer was my first Bears jersey. Will always have a soft spot for him.
I hope he’s doing well. I was lucky enough to play golf with him a long time ago and he seemed like a down to earth guy.
I had a Kramer jersey as a kid, and I respect him as a former bear, but legend ? What’s next, Generational talent Erik Kramer lol
Class act.
Kind words from Kramer. I love when the old heads show love to younger players.
Respect!
“Bears Legend” is not something I would describe Erik Kramer as lol.
I can’t think of one bad thing to say about him. I was absolutely gutted when I heard about his mental health challenges. He’s the perfect example of not always getting what you deserve.
I think he’d be amazed at the love he’d get by doing just one autograph signing. Keith Van Horne was at the National last year and comes to mind. He struggled to sign but people waited hours over 2 days for him. I got to the table and told him how much I looked up to him when I played RT in HS. His response was “I hope i didn’t disappoint you”. Literally the last way I’d think of him. Fans think about physical issues for these players but ignore how those issues take such a toll (Duerson being a prime example).
Held the team record for single season passing yards and tds for 30 years. Yeah, I’d say that qualifies as a Bears legend.
he’s not a legend
Why not post Kramer’s tweet? Worst poster on reddit, constant bs
He didn’t mention that it took him 17 weeks to do it?
I love when Bears alums stay fans in retirement
Grab his book, “The Ultimate Comeback”. He’s got a great story to tell!
Caleb hit 4k in my heart. Dude lost a ridiculous amount of yards due to drops
What a baller move by Kramer
I’m glad he didn’t get petty and start tweeting about how it took a 17th game to beat him. The kind words are a better look, and we are all aware of the extra game anyway. Respect for his time as a Bear.
“You hurt me Brett”
I love Kramer too. Anybody remember him as a Lion?
