I’m just worried that we’ll be too focused on Harbaugh, Stefanski goes elsewhere, and Harbaugh decides to go somewhere else, leaving us with neither

I’m still more interested in Shula. Without a doubt. If they pick Harbaugh, then sure ok, but I’d be more inclined for the young defensive mind that was personally taught by the next great HC, McVay. I also don’t want Stefanski at all, Browns are not a team I want to emulate, regardless of whos to blame for their situation FO or not, Stefanski was involved and too high up not to take enough to be fruit of the poisonous tree.
What about Shula or Kubiak?
Harbs brings the winning culture we need. Let him name his own GM and let’s move on.
Yeah, hopefully he regards Dart highly and thinks he can bring the same sort of success he saw in Baltimore. The job should be appealing in that you have a Qb here and a good safety net in ownership that will tolerate losing seasons.
