  5. Klint Kubiak for HC, Thomas Brown for OC, Aubrey Pleasant for DC, Philip Rivers for QB coach, and Alec Halaby for GM. We don't need Doug Pedersen 2.0 with Jim Harbaugh. What I proposed is the best version of what Jacksonville did that we can hope for.

His incompetence is comparable as his idiocy.   12. Ross has been a complete and utter failure since he’s owned this team. He has failed every time he tried to get that coach or QB. At his age this could be his last hurrah. If he fails in getting this Harbaugh he should just sell the team .

  18. Coach Flo was justified in being upset towards the end of his tenure. He was sold on a job with false pretences. He was told he was going to come in and be apart of a culture reset, and rebuild the team from the ground up. And every step of the way ross meddled with his process and undercut what he was trying to do. It was 100% ross's fault, the problem with the phins is ross plan and simple. We arent going to be successful until he is no longer the owner

  28. No head coach in NFL history has ever won a Super Bowl with two different teams. Harbaugh’s was almost 15 years ago. You seriously think THIS is the guy who is going to break the trend?

  34. God forbid the Dolphins do anything like a normal functioning NFL franchise, like hiring a GM and allowing the GM to decide on the head coach. That said I doubt John Harbaugh will take an interview with the Dolphins unless McDaniel is fired first. Coaching candidates generally will not interview for a job that is technically not open.

  35. Two ways to look at this: Does John Harbough want to direct ticket to the playoffs with an already established market or does he relish the challenge of Miami, where he it's a reclamation project?

  41. Why can't someone finally say it? McDaniel has a high functioning autism. Intelligent, socially awkward, can't make adjustments, obsesses over odd things. Look the symptoms up for yourself. Doesn't make Mike a bad guy, but he's giving you 100% of the 40% that he has.
