Zhilkin had seven goals and seven assists for 14 points in 30 games for the Moose. Manitoba bench boss Mark Morrisson said he’s become a 1st line centre in the AHL.

  2. It would be nice if he played but I doubt it. It’s likely a paycheck call up to reward him for the good season he’s having in the AHL

  8. I admit that of all the Moose forward call-ups that could have happened, Lambert, Chibby, Gus, Ford, etc, etc – I did not have Zhilkin on my bingo card. Hope you get some actual playing time Danny !

  12. Nice! He’s looked way better than Lambert and Chibrikov too. As long as they give him a shot on the ice and not in the press box

  14. He scored a nice goal on NYE, showing off speed. Good for him. Glad the Jets are trying _anything_ after trying _nothing_ for 10 games

  16. Call up Lambert and chibby but I guess it’s too late now don’t wanna play more than 8 games
