Seeing as most people are in agreement that he is the favorite for the position, I was wondering who potential OC/DC could be. Who do you guys THINK he would bring in? …and… Who would you guys WANT him to bring in?

  4. Monken as OC no doubt in my mind, good aggressive downfield attacking offense, spread concepts that I think Dart would be familiar with. Did great work at Georgia and I liked the way he fit his scheme around Lamar rather than forcing Lamar to fit around him. Some his shut play staff was neutered by the cover 2 revolution, but still think very highly of him.

    DC well I was hoping schwartz would wriggle free but Cleveland still has him under contract. If morris clear the head coaching cycle i would love to take him.

  14. Charlie Weis Jr at OC would have Dart humming all season. CWJ is elite at scheming guys open

  18. I read that one of the reasons the Ravens fired him is that he refused to move on from Monken, so I’d assume that’s his OC 

  24. Antonio Pierce as DC, and I would bring back McAdoo as OC. The man was a nightmare as HC, but the best OC we have had in ages.

  27. Gannon would be my top choice for DC

    Al Harris Intrigues me, seems like he is close to a promotion and definitely knows how to coach a secondary

  31. None – he will not be hired. He wants and has had full control – Shoen will not give it to him and Mara will understand as we have never given full control to a coach.

  33. Monken as OC and Rex as DC. Maybe even Wink but I heard things didnt end great between he and Harbaugh at the end of his tenure in Baltimore.
