1. Idk any Bucs fan saying we need to keep Todd. They're all with the idea of moving on but them Glazers smh. Grizzard has to go and I'm upset we haven't already he is gone

2. Just another bandaid. No decent OC or decent coordinator is gonna wanna come work for a coach who’s on the hot seat already. Glazers just don’t get it, Maybe next year clean house fully including move on from baker. I just don’t see him winning us the big one , he’s good but never gonna be great. Glazers won’t have the balls and this franchise won’t sniff another bowl for years watch.

3. My guess is the new OC is going to be the future HC. Thats the only way i see someone take the job. Promise them Bowles job after next season. Otherwise why would anyone join a lame duck coaching staff.

4. How good would Canales been with 4th , 5th 6th, 6th and seventh Depth chart WR’s and Guards that weren’t even on the team much less being on a depth chart lol…. A Center that gets pancaked every other play and two tackles that missed an over 12 games !!! And a RB that who was injured as well !!! And a defensive that gave you no field position! And a QB that had at least 5 major injuries! Do you even take any of that in consideration? The other OC’s did not have those issues! There you go again thinking like a fan again . You are clueless! At the end players came back but how healthy were they really! You’re just upset from the losing ! The Bucs with all the injuries to the most important players was the down fall !!!

5. Please! 😂 Bowles is to blind, due to loyalty, to his defensive coaches. He'll clean house on offense, but do little on defense. Remember, he thinks it was the players not the coaching 🎉

6. WHY DO YOU WANT THE OLINE COACHES GONE. The oline was injured all year. They should stay. 2. I get we dont want old coaches anymore, but why are we letting go of Nick rapone. Has he done a bad job??? Safety is our best defensive position why make home retire.

8. I know Todd Bowles is with us, for his last year on his contract. But we need a DC, it would help us out and I would love if our team makes any changes at all. Just keep the talent this team has right now. Go Bucs!!!!

11. i Disagree that Grizzard should be fire. We weren’t even a worse offense then we were under Dave Canales and canales had a VERY HEALTHY ROSTER. We had 8 OFFENSIVE STARTERS THAT MISSED MORE THAN 4 games. Wirfs missed critical games down the stretch. We lost mauch after week 2. We lost Bredson for our last 5 games. We didn’t have our 3 starting WRs from last season for most of the season. Mind you Coen didn’t win a game when those 3 were out together. And you lost Bucky for 6 games. Also graham Barton although healthy played worse than last season. And you want to fire Grizzard who was a first time play caller over this HORRIBLE SITUATION. WE HAVE TO BE SERIOUS. Just because we are angry at the outcome of the season does not mean you blow every thing up. No you deep dive and figure out the cause of the problems and create potential plans. Bring in an new OC who maybe worse when one of the major problems your offense didn’t produce was because of injuries does not make sense

12. It would be hilarious if Jim Harbaugh got picked up by the Falcons then it wouldn't matter who we hired as HC.

13. They needed to fire Todd…. They didn’t so next season will likely be the same or maybe 1 – 2 games better but with how much better the Saints looked down the stretch I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up winning the division next season. I have a bad feeling about the next few seasons if we don’t end up getting a “Liam Coen” type of head coach

15. this isnt what 90% of bucs fans wanted but its to be expected. bakers final year of his contract is next year and bowles did sign an extension. 2026 bowles and mayfield will be tied at the hip and will decide their fate probably including licht as well.
