Could you imagine we fire MMD and our top coaching options all have an issue with Tua’s contract and attaching a pick to get rid of him. Then we’re forced to give an our 3-4 option coach a 4 year deal. Like we did with MMD. So no. MMD co-signed Tua getting that deal. At worst he’ll be used to get through the bulk of that cap hit.

22. There isn’t a better proven HC candidate out there much less likely to hit the market next year. Ross has to take a big swing at hiring Harbaugh. Huge opportunity for a top tier coach that played the game and can develop QBs. He’s been around a solid franchise in Baltimore.
