In a perfect world, getting Harbaugh and then Mike as the OC would do a complete 180 to the franchise.
If we get a defensive head coach this would be a great OC because he’d be less likely to get poached as a now fired HC
He would thrive at OC here but depends on who we choose for HC if that would happen or not
He’s probably gonna get some head coach attention, I doubt he immediately falls to OC, and even if he does he’s prob gonna wanna go to an established playoff team at the very least

Would love him back in the building as OC, but he will probably have his pick of where he goes as an OC maybe the Matt Ryan connection will help. Dont see any team going for him as a HC this offseason.
Honestly, I like him for HC. Harbaugh is definitely going to Miami.
Let him work with Penix for a year. Also, you can see if he could revive someone like Zach Wilson. If Penix isn’t him, then let him draft his own QB in 2027.
We need to lock down an offensive HC and get off the OC carousel. He’d also be the best coach in the NFC South day 1.

This is my top guy to be honest. He’s a very good OC and a reasonably good HC. I think he’s an upgrade in both departments.

He needs to sit out this head coaching cycle honestly. Go be a coordinator or sit out of football for a year. Any team that hires him as a HC (including the Falcons) would be making a mistake.
There are so many good options this go round that if we don’t figure it out, I may lose faith in the entire organization.
