Alec Pierce is a priority. Daniel Jones is VERY likely to re-sign. Defense needs to get faster, and that means slow defenders will be gone.

He thought Z was really good this season? Really? Are you kidding me? He's either lying to us, or he has absolutely no idea how to evaluate LB performance. And reverting back to two playoff appearances 5 and 8 years ago as his biggest accomplishments is infuriating. He has nothing to point to as a success for the past five years and we're expected to believe he's the right person moving forward? But hey, at least the sense of urgency has never been higher right?
The ONLY reason CB kept his job is because CI is inexperienced and probably didn’t want more change with the passing of her father. CB is the ULTIMATE “Survivor”. With his record over the past decade, he has no business being a GM in the NFL.
Need a coach to lead not be a play caller hold players accountable for not playing good, have to punish players, fire players if need be.Draft players that will play no matter what , need tuff players not good ole boys

I think this end of the year press conference was much different than years past. He seems more somber and the results cut deeper than before. I support this decision. I'm going to give him another opportunity to prove this team can make it to the playoffs. I believe there were some really deep discussions behind closed doors that will not be discussed to the media.
