  1. Ill be sad if he leaves. But thats clearly a great opportunity for him if he gets it

  2. Thanks for the memories.
Next season will be an absolute make or break with Shanny. This season he managed to bandaid our injuries well enough to get us this far, but how much of that was helped with Saleh back at DC? My guess is at least 80%.

  3. Another year of the 49ers coaching staff getting picked apart by everyone else. Its insane how this doesnt happen to anyone else

  4. Dear other NFL teams, have you seen how bad our defense is? Why would you want someone who has that bad of a defense??? There is no other explanation for the poor defensive play. Go away.

Robert, turn on Do Not Disturb on your phone please.

  5. Ugh…

This was the **one** year to get it done. NFC wide open and ofc we get hit with horrible injury luck and bitchass aiyuk who just didn’t want to show up for work

  6. Not if but when. Ravens, Dolphins, Falcons are pretty good spots. Dolphins are a mess but at least you’re in Miami.

  7. I definitely don’t want him leaving, he adds so much energy that reflects how everyone plays on D. With how bad the injuries were on Defense, he deserves have a D that’s healthy next year.

I can understand the Ravens wanting him, he fits their play style for coaching. Will see how far we make it into the postseason and we’re willing to pay more to keep him here.

  8. We still have Gus Bradley, he was Robert Saleh’s mentor in Jacksonville. Saleh was the linebacker coach.

  9. Hear me out on why I don’t think Saleh will ultimately take this job.

There has been growing noise over this year and last year that Lamar was not doing all the little things that a QB needs to do from the neck up to win Super Bowls. The type of mentality that the 49ers preach and look for.

And its clear, the Ravens fired Harbaugh because of his unwillingness to cater to Lamar’s childishness. Lamar has the talent to just be amazing, but not the maturity or work ethic to become a champion.

Saleh has guys in his ear, Lynch, Shanahan, etc that are going to advise him the right way, and I don’t think that he wants togo somewhere where he is battling the QB for team decisions. Having to answer to a GM and owner is one thing. Having the owner aligned with QB over the HC is another.

If he takes a job, he’s going to go somewhere like Atlanta, where he has young talent, especially on defense, and an owner that is willing to spend and provide his coach what it takes to win.

I personally wouldn’t touch the Ravens job with a 10-foot pole. I think Lamar is the most talented player in the league, but he is a man-child from the neck up who has control of the franchise now.

  10. Shit hopefully he stays but either way I’ll be happy for him. That’s a good place or even Miami could be decent

  11. If he stays he has a handshake deal for Kyle’s job within a few years, no other explanation
