I love this!

  1. John Mara as Giants ownership, for all his faults, is bad in the best way possible for a prospective coach: he’s a little *too* loyal.

  2. Makes sense. John Mara loves the team like it’s his baby. Even coaches that have been fired know this. John just might love the team a little too much lol

  3. And Daboll finished each conversation with “Regardless of where you end up, do you have anyone in mind for OC?”

  4. Doesn’t matter what it is I’m not listening to anything “reported” by “Chuck Knoxx”

  5. From an outside perspective looking in, I’ve always really liked DaBoll. Seems like a players coach and a guy that really connects with his QB’s (at least the ones he likes).

  6. Chuck Knox makes YouTube hype videos… Lol I love his content before a game but who the hell are his sources 😂

  7. Daboll is a good guy, it just didn’t work out here. I wish him well, I don’t know if he’s cut out as a head coach, but he’ll be a great OC for someone

  8. Daboll was not incompetent like Judge and McApoo. The guy clearly has good ideas with how to work with developing QBs and make them succeed. Probably will be a good OC for another team. Just didn’t have what it takes to handle being a head coach

  9. do any former coaches say bad things about their former bosses? I dont think anyone would hire you if they did. its such a small club you really can’t burn bridges. i rage quit Applebees years ago. That won’t impact me. but with 32 NFL teams you can’t do stuff like that.

  10. Dabs got a raw deal, the best roster he had was the one he took to the playoffs. We have better players now but that roster was complete as opposed to the top heavy shit we have now. Wishing him nothing but the best but he’s probably best suited me as oc

  11. Dabs is a good offensive mind just wasn’t good leader of the team. I also think most people like Mara more than we do sometimes.
