  1. Houck will be interesting. Last 2 arb years, he won’t pitch at all this season and next season a potential lockout

  2. One of those 2025 WAR numbers isn’t like the others.

    I think Houck and Casas have much better showings left in the tank though, so I’m happy.

  3. They also settled with Johan Oviedo today, for $1.55M, according to Ari Alexander.

  4. Hopefully we can keep total team salary as low as possible, around the $2.0 million per player figure.

  5. What is with signing Houck? If a person is not going to play for the whole year what do they get for signing his arbitration?

  6. Considering Ref got $6M+ Romy is a bargain. Solid bench guy you can feel pretty good about starting if need be.
