  1. Bit of an uncomfortable gap there for vinnie IMO but one that can probably be handled. They might trade bubic if he wins though idk

  2. Royals will likely win the Vinnie case. Would be kind of shocked if they win the Bubic one

  3. Honestly the Royals should win both of those cases.

I’d wager they end up settling with Pasquantino a little north of 4mil….like 4.1 or something of the sort.

I honestly don’t know what Bubic is drinking. He has one half season as a healthy starter (although a good one) isn’t going to get you an over 100% raise. Especially when you’ve missed 3 of the last 4 seasons worth of games.

  4. I wish they’d just pay Vinnie long term. I’m aware they might not because of Jac. I think they want him to be the longterm 1B, but I’d rather keep both.

  5. Just pay them are you kidding me. The foul taste it leaves in the players mouth is much worth than the mouse nuts of money this is to an MLB owner. They will remember when the royals argued for them being worse than they think they are when free agency comes around

  6. Someone pointed it out on Twitter, but the Royals and Vinnie not being able to agree on something as small as 500k shows the mindset the franchise has in regards to an extension for Vinne.

  7. Arbitration exchange update: I filed a request to my employer for a computer monitor to go along with my laptop for my WFH job: my employer filed at “No”

  8. sorry, but I just don’t give a shit about all the business negotiations. Get your shit done and get to work building the team back up.
