I heard Jazz Chisholm talk about it, it can be real messy. He said they bring in a lot to discredit you and can be demoralizing in a way
It’s an awful “here is what your employers really think about you” process. He’s got an easy win in arbitration but it may kill his confidence.

The Rays are going to have to argue the why Baker is valued at $1.275 million and why they think Uceta is $1.2 million.
They tear you down to make sure you don’t get paid but then expect the world from you when the season starts
