  2. Just watched this. Not good. My one question for her–"Carlie, if you WERE looking to hire a new GM after firing the current one, would you ever hire one that had a losing resume like Ballard?" How could she possibly say "yes" with honesty? It's laughable. That exit should have happened years ago. Definitely last year. What a letdown for fans and the city of Indianapolis. Sell the franchise, then…

  6. All this is all baloney. They don’t have to worry about next year. They can throw anybody out there the way the NFL stepped in and bailed them all out. Fix the schedule form if the teams are playing next year are just a joke the whole seasons, this way too, not like this year only half this and then the other half was hard but at least for the whole season next year it’ll be set up for him to win games but if they don’t win next year with that easy schedule, I think the Colts should be looking for a new home❤

  7. I totally agree with the fact bring able to finish. Play calling is essential to winning. Everyone has to be committed. I willing to bet u. If they start the season loosing. Someone will get fired immediately. I willing to give it one more year. I also like QB Riley.

  11. I’ve been a fan of the Colts since 1967 until now. I always be a cold fan, but we need a defense and offensive line we’re getting beat up front and we cannot penetrate and tackle

  13. Ballard hasn't delivered in 9 years. Why would that change now? We're just losing another year when we could be moving forward. Another year without the division, another year without a playoff appearance, another disappointing year. If they do make playoffs next year, we're just signing up for 5 more years of mediocrity. Ballard will never build a championship squad with the limitations he has and his stubbornness. We got one of the highest paid defenses and no results to show for. I can't do another year with Ballard. See you in 2027.

  19. It’s a damned if you do and damned if you don’t situation. Carlie is still going through an OTJT period and going through a regime change after one season is a tall task. If she lets them go and brings in the wrong people, there is hell to pay. If she retains them, there is hell to pay

  21. Writing this while filming a youtube video, bad presser, we need to be better we were on a downward slope even before jone's calf injury, Ballard isn't the guy, running this back won't work, until changes are made i'm not convinced this team cares about it's fans. We deserve better.

  25. I personally offer my services free here. Seriously. She needs someone to coach her in communication. I was very hopeful for Carlie coming into the limelight of "owner" Seeing her on the sideline. Watching every game. Every play. Listening through the headsets. The swing on Sauce was smart. Yet bold. I'm still very excited for the league and the game to have the minds of females entering. It'll open up and broaden the game. You can see though she needs some help tapping into the part of her that speaks with who she is. Maybe she's still finding out, I imagine. Having a new era old-school owner on the sideline is sorely missed

  26. I hate the script, and the half answered questions like yes it makes sense the goal is to get to the playoffs, OBVIOUSLY, what doesn't make sense is not making the playoffs the last 6 years and keeping the gm that built the current team.

Here’s the thing they keep asking her the same question and she keeps giving them the same answer and then they keep re-asking it in a different way like the guy who was saying you know did that make you give pause too well obviously if when he asked the question again, you know he could’ve used the word Ponder if you’re headed the right direction reconsider the direction reconsider the decision you’re on the verge of making or were you stone cold stuck in it… I mean, you know when someone gives you a question and asked for clarification and then you asked the exact same question without explaining it any further they clearly didn’t get it… I mean, come on guys her dad just died and you gotta understand I don’t. I don’t care if you’re a man or a woman or a boy or a girl when your parent dies it’s devastating and the fact that she’s even sitting up there by herself fielding these questionsand she obviously clearly had several standard answers that she was gonna stick with and not reveal a lot of other things, but good grief give the woman a break

  33. “ we are willing to do whatever we need to do to finish and win games and I’ll pull the standard which our franchise is committed to”!! I’d say that’s a pretty straightforward answer. I don’t think you showed your hands on postseason press conference today and as she said, there are positions to be evaluated and you know they are talking about from coordinators assistance to Assistance assistance to positional evaluation… There’s so much to be done.

    This particular Colt’s fan, i.e. me, said it to the beginning and you look at every comment across YouTube here or anywhere else I made it and I said because we didn’t address a difference and I named the positions we will have a problem… Even when we started out looking fantastic … Where was the greatest deficiency… Rhetorical obviously The D!

    Gotta fix that, and Ballard‘s gonna have to do some trading in some free agency and some hard decision making… But it’s gonna have to be decision making that for the best of the whole of the unit and the whole of the team and the whole of the franchise… All of us fans Yep, we’re important because we spend money and buy tickets and support the team and all of that but good grief I coached for 25 years , not in the NFL but haters are always gonna hate no matter how great you do there’s gonna be someone complaining so you just have to let that roll off your back and you gotta get to work and you’ve got to learn more this week than you knew last week every week as a standard If you’re gonna be a successful owner coach whatever it is player student fill in the blank… I mean dang it John Cruden is not my favorite coach, but bring him in as a consultant… He sure as heck he had to win and develop talent. Didn’t love his particular coaching so on the sideline, but you cannot refute his excellence and seeing and identifying talent and developing that talent from a potential to excelled athlete. So I say find out if Groden wants to come be a consultant if not find someone like him call Tom Moore, and find out who he recommends to bring in that he would be like have a nightmares about having to be the offensive coordinator against that was a defensive coordinator and hire that person to be the consultant… Yes, I’m using speech to text so show a little grace with the mistakes.   36. New-ish NFL fan here but life long "soccer" fan where these situations come up. Isnt she in her first year as ceo? Might aswell learn the ropes with a familiar feeling around the office then when you know what youre doing you make a proper call. Not like colts were goinna go playoffs this year anyway? Also if chris or shane is on a contract year then you save money with the payoff keeping him around. And half of the season had a 44 yr old QB, who gave a good showimg of himself. Thats where you learn what needs to change when you can compare situations with only 1 factor different and she needs a complete picture of whats going on to make a franchise shifting decision? Maybe she learned a bit more from papa idk but soumds like shes learning and saving money while the team wasnt gonna be winning rings anyway

  39. This is a masterclass of (1) speak out of both sides of your mouth and (2) speaking with no confidence and inspiring ZERO confidence in your fanbase. This is so bad.

  42. Nobody is held accountable for winning 8 out of 10 games and losing 7 straight afterward. It's unacceptable to not make the playoffs at least with that much of a head start. It's so depressing being a Colts fan. If they don't care about winning why should I care anymore?

  44. On one hand, I get it. This is not a good time to blow it up and there were some positives, so might as well give it a go. But on the other hand, if next yr goes poorly, it's still gonna be a really bad time to blow it up (as the new HC wouldn't align with QB drafting opportunity and going into a 2nd yr with a rookie is just setting up someone to fail).
