IDK how he lost the trust of the locker room but hopefully he learns from it. Trust is earned constantly, and lost forever in a second.

Would Monken want to come back here? He got fired here once before during the Koetter purge. Not sure why he would choose to come back if he can just go with Harbaugh who was loyal to him.
Todd Monken does have experience working with Baker before. He was the Browns Offensive Coordinator during the Freddy Kitchens era.
He definitely won’t come here, but if he did I don’t hate it
